Y\u00f6netimsel ve psikolojik unsurlar, ekiplerin uyum ve verimlili\u011fini do\u011frudan etkiler. Bu unsurlar g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edildi\u011finde, s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7erisinde beklenmedik zorluklarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmak ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. Do\u011fru bir ekip yap\u0131s\u0131, projenin planlanan s\u00fcrede ve b\u00fct\u00e7ede tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. Bu t\u00fcr bir hiyerar\u015fi, i\u015flerin d\u00fczenli ilerlemesini sa\u011flar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00f6revlerin do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde yap\u0131l\u0131p yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 net bir \u015fekilde denetlenmeli ve takip edilmelidir. Ekip i\u00e7erisinde g\u00f6revlerini eksik yapan yada yapmayan personel olmas\u0131 g\u00f6revini yapan personel a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman son derece olumsuz bir alg\u0131 yarat\u0131r. Bu durumda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan personelde de performans d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yaratabilir ve i\u015fin ak\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 etkiyecektir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130nsan do\u011fas\u0131 gere\u011fi bu gibi durumlar organizasyon yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. En aza indirgemek i\u00e7in g\u00f6rev da\u011f\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n ve personel hiyerar\u015fisinin iyi organize edilmesi gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#b10f99\" class=\"has-inline-color\">5.Ekip Motivasyonu ve \u0130\u015f\/Meslek Tatmini<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Motivasyonu y\u00fcksek bir ekip, daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ve kaliteli sonu\u00e7lar elde eder. Bir ekibin motivasyonunun \u00f6ncelikle ekip i\u00e7erisindeki uyumdan kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylenebilir. Proje s\u00fcreci i\u00e7erisindeki bir\u00e7ok \u015fey ki\u015finin g\u00fcnl\u00fck yada genel motivasyonu \u00fczerinden etki eder. Ancak burada as\u0131l motivasyonu sa\u011flayan yada bozan ekibin birbiri ile uyumu ve ekip i\u00e7erisindeki g\u00f6rev da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r. Bu temel ortam azami \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde sa\u011flanabildi\u011fi durumlarda en zorlu \u015fartlarda en zor projelerde dahi keyifli bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Motivasyonlu bir ekip i\u00e7in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131lar\u0131 d\u00fczenli olarak takdir edilmelidir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adil bir \u00f6d\u00fcllendirme sistemi uygulanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131nda ekip \u00fcyelerinin sesine kulak verilmelidir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Motivasyonun y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu bir ekip, daha az hata yapar ve sorunlara daha kolay \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler \u00fcretir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#e8b049\" class=\"has-inline-color\">6.\u0130\u015f Program\u0131 ve Organizasyonel Planlama<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eantiye projelerindeki planlama, sadece bir takvim olu\u015fturmak de\u011fildir; ayn\u0131 zamanda kaynaklar\u0131n en verimli \u015fekilde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve olas\u0131 aksakl\u0131klar\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesini sa\u011flar. \u0130\u015f programlar\u0131 ne kadar detayl\u0131 haz\u0131rlan\u0131rsa haz\u0131rlans\u0131n, sahadaki ger\u00e7ek durumlarla uyu\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman aksakl\u0131klar ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olabilmektedir.. Bu y\u00fczden planlaman\u0131n esnek ve g\u00fcncellenebilir olmas\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. B\u00f6yle durumlar i\u00e7in planlama s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine bir &#8220;risk fakt\u00f6r\u00fc&#8221;  ve &#8220;Yedek Plan&#8221; eklemek b\u00fcy\u00fck fark yaratmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organizasyonel planlama i\u00e7in dikkat edilmesi gereken noktalar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Detayl\u0131 bir i\u015f program\u0131 haz\u0131rlanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beklenmeyen durumlar i\u00e7in alternatif plan haz\u0131r olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kaynaklar (i\u015f g\u00fcc\u00fc, ekipman, malzeme..vb) etkin bir \u015fekilde kullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00fcnl\u00fck raporlar ile ilerleme s\u00fcrekli izlenmelidir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0ca018\" class=\"has-inline-color\">7.Performans Y\u00f6netimi <\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fan performans\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fczenli olarak izlenmesi, hem bireysel hem de ekip ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frudan etkiler. Performans de\u011ferlendirme s\u00fcre\u00e7leri, yaln\u0131zca sorunlar\u0131 tespit etmek i\u00e7in de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n geli\u015fimlerine katk\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in de kullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6rnek olarak, s\u00fcrekli olarak verilen s\u00fcrenin \u00e7ok \u00fczerinde bir i\u015fi tamamlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6zlemlenen bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n yap\u0131lan birebir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler ve saha g\u00f6zlemleri sonucunda, asl\u0131nda daha \u00f6nce yeterli e\u011fitim verilmedi\u011fini \/ i\u015f yapma yetkinli\u011finden olmayabilir. Bu gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar, ekip i\u00e7erisinde geli\u015fecek \u015fekilde organize edilmelidir.
